Envelope One-Stroke Guide

The envelope pattern is common in puzzle books because it looks simple but punishes bad starts.

Can it be drawn in one stroke? Many envelope variants can, but the answer depends on the flap lines and intersections.

Where should you start? Count odd vertices first. If there are exactly two, those are your start and end points.

Common mistake: Ignoring the places where the flap touches the rectangle, which changes the degree count.
